What is your return policy?

After 30 days, returns are still possible, but we’ll need to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our technicians will carefully review the condition of the printhead to determine if it failed prematurely. If it did, we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
